The NME Magazine July/August 2026 issue featuring Yves is out now

Yves is the print cover star of the July/August 2026 issue of NME Magazine, which is out now, bundled with MusicTech Magazine featuring DJ_Dave.

Having first launched in 1952, NME’s last printed edition of the weekly incarnation of the magazine stopped in 2018. In July 2023, NME announced our return to print with a bi-monthly global magazine that showcases the best new artists and bands on earth, alongside exclusive new franchises, unmissable features, industry insight and expert reviews of the latest music, TV, film, and gaming releases.

Now available exclusively via retailer Dawsons, our new issue features none other than Korean pop artist Yves on the cover. NME Magazine comes bundled with a copy of MusicTech Magazine, which features rising producer and live music coder DJ_Dave on the cover. NME and MusicTech are sister publications under NME Networks.

Each issue of NME Magazine is fronted by an edition of The Cover: NME’s flagship editorial property that champions emerging talent, elevating new artists and bands as part of our commitment to global new music discovery. Profiled for The Cover by Rhian Daly and shot in Seoul by photographer Wonyoung Ki, Yves spoke to NME about carving out her own creative path after seven years in the K-pop girl group LOONA and her steadfast desire to “break the mould”.

The July/August 2026 issue of NME Magazine also features interviews with Paul McCartney, RaiNao and Any Young Mechanic; photos from The Great Escape, where NME presented an opening party with Angine de Poitrine and our very own NME Stage; and the exclusive return of the classic 15×15 NME crossword.

Artists who have graced the cover of the print magazine previously include ENHYPEN, Laufey, The Last Dinner Party, Chappell Roan, Kneecap, LE SSERAFIM, Nemahsis, Oklou, Kwn, Waylon Wyatt, BOYNEXTDOOR and Rose Gray. Yves now joins this illustrious list.

Subscribe here for more information about NME Magazine and exclusive queue jump opportunities, where readers can get their hands on a copy before anyone else. NME sends out queue jump tickets two hours before on-sale to readers signed up to the NME Magazine mailing list.
