    Commercial Space Federation (CSF) Welcomes Two New Associate Members

    August 31, 2026— Washington, D.C.—The Commercial Space Federation (CSF) is pleased to welcome Outlier and Rendezvous Robotics as its newest Associate Members, bringing expertise in reusable satellite platforms and adaptable spacecraft assembled in orbit to CSF’s diverse membership. 

    Outlier is making microgravity accessible, reliable, and scalable for the next generation of biotechnology, pharmaceutical and advanced materials innovation. Using a breakthrough reusable satellite platform, we provide dependable access to microgravity – with safe return to Earth.  

    Outlier’s executive team brings more than 40 years of combined aerospace experience. The leaders of our technical divisions each have a track record of delivering mission-critical systems. We combine this deep technical expertise with four core customer values: reliability, transparency, simplicity and collaboration. 

    From payload integration through to safe return from orbit, Outlier provides end-to-end support to help our customers unlock microgravity and advance research, manufacturing, and technological development.

    Rendezvous Robotics is building spacecraft that assembles in orbit, allowing missions to scale beyond the limits of a single rocket. Our modular architecture can build more capable spacecraft that can be expanded and reconfigured as mission needs change.

    Building on magnetic self-assembly technology demonstrated aboard the International Space Station, our mission is to build a new era of adaptable spacecraft assembled in orbit.

CSF also serves as the commercial space industry’s primary advocate with the U.S. Congress and the Administration, helping inform the development and implementation of policy priorities. By engaging with congressional players, CSF is able to provide recommendations on commercial space issues that will impact the commercial space industry in the short and long term.
