Travis Kelce wants to DJ at Taylor Swift’s future shows

Travis Kelce wants to DJ at Taylor Swift’s future shows

Travis Kelce has declared that he would like to DJ at his girlfriend Taylor Swift’s live shows in the future.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end has been in a relationship with Swift since the summer of 2023, with the couple officially going public in September that year when she attended a Chiefs game and was seen with him in the post-game suite.

She may have wrapped her titanically successful ‘Eras World Tour’ last December, but it hasn’t stopped Kelce from telling listeners to his New Heights podcast that he wants to be out there on stage with her when she does hit the road again.

On an episode earlier this month, Kelce and his co-host and brother, the former Philadelphia Eagles centre Jason Kelce, welcomed basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal to the show.

Referencing his own successful DJ career, in which he performs under the name DJ Diesel, Shaq said: “You know what [would be] crazy? You opening up with your girlfriend. Bro, you’d be a fucking star. Ten minutes hyping up the crowd, oh my god.”

Travis responded: “Come on, you know I’m a hype man. Get it rocking in there. Have the Swifties bouncing off the walls before T gets out there.”

Kelce has joined Swift on stage once already – during the ‘Tortured Poets Department’ segment of one of her Wembley Stadium shows in June 2024, Kelce lifted her off her feet while dressed as one of her regular backing dancers. As he placed her on her seat, and shook her awake, he dusted her off and got Swift ready to perform ‘I Can Do It With A Broken Heart’.

Swift has attended the last two Super Bowls to support Kelce, helping the 2024 game become the most-watched broadcast in US TV history since the 1969 moon landing.

In other news, Swift recently bought back the master recordings for her first six studio albums after a years-long struggle. “All of the music I’ve ever made…now belongs…to me,” she wrote in an emotional Instagram post. Some Swifties believe they spotted a potential clue in the post that she was even hinting at a new album too.
