Former 90 Day Fiancé franchise star Liz Woods has lost 17 pounds in the past couple of weeks, and some of her weight-loss secrets have now been revealed. Liz was first introduced to the viewers on 90 Day: The Single Life season 1 as Big Ed’s love interest. During the introduction segment, Ed revealed that he met Liz at his favorite restaurant, where she worked as a manager. The duo started talking and went out on their first date. As many fans had expected, that date was a disaster. Ed tried to kiss Liz on her lips, but she dodged it, and he ended up planting a kiss on her nose.
The couple’s first kissing scene made many 90 Day Fiancé viewers uncomfortable. But Gemini Liz gave Taurean Ed another chance and continued dating him, and eventually they decided to move in together. However, the 29-year-old reality star later broke up with Ed and called him a narcissist on social media. She allegedly leaked a phone call in which fans could hear Ed insulting her repeatedly. Many fans were convinced that it was the end of Ed and Liz’s relationship, but they were wrong. The couple is now engaged and planning to get married this summer in San Diego.
In the meantime, Liz is crushing her fitness goals. Fans are impressed with her weight-loss results and want to know how she achieved them. While some 90 Day Fiancé stars have opted for gastric sleeve surgery to lose weight, Liz has been working out regularly to achieve her goals naturally. She works out three or four times a week while maintaining a healthy diet. She recently promoted a fitness and training boot camp on her Instagram, which has helped her lose 17 pounds in 28 days.
Earlier, Liz used to skip meals to stay in shape, but she is now following a new healthy diet and routine. She first did a full detox cleanse to kickstart her weight-loss journey. The cleansing eliminated all the toxins from her body and her water weight, which resulted in a six-pound weight loss. After that, she started working out and ate three meals a day with two protein bars in between. Liz is now happy to share that she doesn’t starve herself to lose weight.
By following her new fitness routine, she feels more joyful and empowered. Restaurant manager Liz Woods is also taking heels dancing classes that have made her feel great about herself. She used to feel discouraged whenever people criticized her body.
