Agile Space Industries Strengthens Board and Corporate Development to Support Continued Growth

DURANGO, Colo., Oct. 5, 2026 — Agile Space Industries today announced that Jonathan Baliff has joined its Board of Directors, bringing extensive experience in aerospace, finance, and corporate leadership. His appointment, alongside the addition of Theo Squires as Director of Strategy & Corporate Development, strengthens Agile’s ability to execute its long-term growth strategy, support capital formation, and pursue strategic opportunities as the company continues to scale.

Agile is entering its next phase with growing opportunities across the commercial and national security space. In particular, the company’s recent selection for the SpaceWERX Strategic Funding Increase (STRATFI) program reflects support for adding the ability to supply complete propulsion subsystems. As Agile expands its capabilities and production capacity, the company is also strengthening the financial and strategic foundation needed to support its long-term objectives.

“Agile has built significant momentum, and our next phase of growth requires the financial capability and oversight to match our technical expertise,” said Chris Pearson, CEO of Agile Space Industries. “Jonathan’s experience in aerospace, capital formation and corporate transformation, combined with Theo’s focus on strategy and corporate development, will help us evaluate new opportunities, make strategic investments and position Agile for sustainable, long-term growth.”

Jonathan Baliff Joins Board of Directors

Baliff brings extensive experience across aerospace, finance, and corporate leadership. A former U.S. Air Force aviator and engineer, he currently serves as an operating partner at Genesis Park, where he played a central role in the formation and financing of Redwire Corporation and later served as its chief financial officer. He previously served as president and CEO of Bristow Group and held senior leadership positions at NRG Energy and Credit Suisse. His experience raising capital, guiding strategic investments, and leading organizations through periods of growth and transformation will support Agile as the company continues to scale.

“Agile has proven it has the technology and operational expertise to compete, win, and profitably grow in a rapidly evolving space market,” said Baliff. “Our customers and capital providers will partner with us as we scale Agile’s technology, expand capacity, and efficiently deploy capital to support the company’s growth. I look forward to working with Chris, our proven team and board to help Agile capitalize on the significant opportunities ahead.”

Expanding Corporate Development to Support Long-Term Strategy

Squires serves as Agile’s Director of Strategy & Corporate Development. Before joining Agile, he served as an intelligence officer in the Royal Australian Navy, where his work included a bilateral space program involving the United States and Australia. He also worked at Boston Consulting Group, advising advanced manufacturing companies on strategy and operations. At Agile, his experience supports capital formation, strategic investments and potential acquisitions of complementary technologies and capabilities to support the company’s broader growth strategy.

“Scaling advanced propulsion hardware requires both technical innovation and a disciplined approach to capital investment,” said Squires. “Our focus is on building a financial foundation to support higher-rate production while identifying strategic opportunities that complement Agile’s existing capabilities. We see significant potential to expand what we can offer customers as the space propulsion market continues to evolve.”

    Recognizing Tom Rubin’s Contributions

As part of the board’s evolution, Tom Rubin is departing Agile’s Board of Directors and will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.

During his board service, Rubin contributed valuable legal expertise and counsel as Agile navigated a period of significant growth. The company is grateful for his contributions and looks forward to continuing to benefit from his experience and institutional knowledge in his advisory role.
