2025 Emmy Predictions via Feinberg Forecast: Scott’s Latest Picks

2025 Emmy Predictions via Feinberg Forecast: Scott’s Latest Picks

A note from Scott: We are currently in the middle of the nominations round of Primetime Emmys voting — it started last Thursday and will continue through next Monday — and, since we last checked in, the TV Academy shared its Emmy nominations ballots not only with its members, but also with the public.

This has enabled anyone who is willing to go through the hassle of looking through hundreds of pages, and cross-checking them with my previously posted forecast, to notice some last-minute changes (a show or person was not submitted, or was submitted in an unexpected category, or things like that), and also to determine the number of nominees that there will be in all categories (several of which fluctuate based upon the number of approved submissions). This is all reflected in my updated projections that you can read below.

Following the close of voting on June 23, the race will enter purgatory — aka “vacation” for many who work on the campaigns — until July 15, when the TV Academy will announce the shows and people selected by its members.

Remember: You can bookmark this page and return to it for Scott’s latest picks. Excepting holidays and breaking news events, it will be updated on Mondays. Think of Scott like a meteorologist: his aim is to forecast what will happen, not to advocate for what he thinks should happen. His projections are arrived at by screening shows, analyzing campaigns, consulting voters and referencing history.
